Yoga

A gentle but energising morning yoga practice, focusing on conscious movement guided by the individual rhythm of your breath, to experience a deeper awareness of your body and to build a good foundation for starting into the day.

This class creates space for self-inquiry - physically aswell as mentally. Through breathing exercises and yoga asanas tension is relieved, focus heightened and a mindful contact with oneself can be cultivated.

Open level - everyone is welcome!
